I am having P4 2.4Ghz, 512 RAM... I mean will it run smooth?

I am planning to buy this coz my current config cannot play HD videos [720p / 1080p rips] smoothly and I am short on cash...so cannot update rig at the moment

This 4350 won't work as you don;t have a PCI-E slot. Since you have an AGP slot, you will need to find a card for that.
