WTB SATA SSD 500 GB and DDR3 4/8 GB Sticks

I have received an old (2015) Dell Optiplex 9020 Desktop from my office without HardDisk. I believe it only supports SATA SSD. Does anyone have fairly low used SATA SSD?

I am also looking for 2 DDR3 4GB or 8GB Ram Sticks.

In a perfect world it is not ethical, but the world is not perfect and neither are FK, AMZ, etc.
We can keep arguing in all aspects if it look for perfection, but we cannot. Life goes on.

How much did u pay for that optiplex ? Can u tell me the specs?
Also can u tell me the psu watts and efficiency
Just curious to know coz these can become good gaming system by throwing in a gtx 1050ti , by good I mean eSports ready
