WTB SATA SSD 500 GB and DDR3 4/8 GB Sticks

I have received an old (2015) Dell Optiplex 9020 Desktop from my office without HardDisk. I believe it only supports SATA SSD. Does anyone have fairly low used SATA SSD?

I am also looking for 2 DDR3 4GB or 8GB Ram Sticks.

Seriously! How ethical would that be. FK shipped the item and is already at the delivery location. Anyway, I got it and is already in the system.

In a perfect world it is not ethical, but the world is not perfect and neither are FK, AMZ, etc.
We can keep arguing in all aspects if it look for perfection, but we cannot. Life goes on.
