I don't think you would get anywhere with that, as they would be well prepared to handle such suits. If anything, you know how long the legislative process would take in India! Add to that the time, money and frustration!

Least you could do is, write to the Consumer Cell about it and hope for a refund of the purchase price.

IMHO, you really should have done your homework, before buying such a product.
