SE W395 Firmware Courrupted?

Guys, My friends SE W395 Doesn't accept some mp3 songs which I send him + his themes dont install!! Help Please.
 
What do you mean by doesn't accept ?
You try sending a song/theme through Bluetooth and the phone refuses to accept it ?
Try shutting down and restart the phone and see if it works.
Is it only with songs or some specific files or any sort of bluetooth transfer is not possible ?

As a last resort, considering the phone is under warranty go to sony ericsson service center and get the firmware flashed with latest version. I suppose you will find the change log of version on Esato - All about mobile phones. Reviews, News, rumors, free Sony Ericsson themes and community
 
w395 is Sagem Platform. LOL. If its screwed go to service center for relfashing. It will be done in 5 minutes.

One of my friends had a sagem phone and it was crap to say the least.

What do you mean by Sagem platform ? The firmware / software of the phone ??
What do other sony phones have then ?
And why did they opt for a mediocre sagem platform....to keep costs down ?
 
i also bought this phone this week .................

the software is really slow ,, even browsing the menu , contacts etc !!!!!!!

hav nyone else faced this issue ??? ll a software upgrade solve the problem ???

Its a Sagem phone. Period. Sony Ericsson Branded. :no:
 
so no solutions ?????????????????

when i asked the retailer ,, he said that all the latest SE phones have that problem ,, actually not a problem but a bit slow !!!!!!!!!!!!!

he showed a higher model w595 which also had the same problem !!!!

he is a liar, SE w595 is not at slow, Its heavily animated, so you feel its a bit slow, its of course a bit slower compared to w580, since w580 is not that high end interface with loads of eyecandy that A2v2 offer.

The A2v2 Interface is one of the best with awesome effects!!

The sagem are inherently slow, no matter how poor or great the interface. but don't worry, the w393 is still a good phone, and offers a lot of fun and value.
