SE Xperia X10 ...

Hey guys , i am considering X10 as my next phone , its available for around 33k right now ... Since it has been launched just now , will there be any significant drop in its price if i wait for another month or so ??

I am worried coz this is first time i am going for such expensive phone

Also how can we protect such expensive gadgets form theft ??

no. it's capacitive touch.

Yep capacitive touch but no AMOLED.Isn't AMOLED the cause for jacking up prices of phones by $100 or so,why is this so costly?

i have ben using x10 for close to 1 month . MRP Rs 30,000 (with bill)

Cons-

1) no radio

2) weak flash

3) no equilzer for music

Pros-

1) absolutely fantastic monster of a screen .

2) stunning Design (looks are objective , c it for urself to decide)

3) very attractive user interface (in my case no lag)

4) 720p recording and upgrade to android 2.1 or 2.2 in nov or dec( if u can wait that long)

5) best camera on android phone ..

summary : my first andriod phone . so tried moto droid and htc legend before buying this (legend lagged a lot whn browsing(may be due to just 600 mhz proc) , keyboard on motodroid felt flimsy at best) , so for me it was between N1(3.7 inch screen) and se x10(4 inch , chose X10( bigger screen and local support and warranty and design )
