You may consider this crapping but I suggest you tell the buyers the buying date and also reconsider your price as few people are selling 500gb for the price you are selling.

Good price, u dont really need bill for Seagate or WD. Its the warranty date on their website which matters
 
Buy a styrofoam/thermocol sheet and have the HDD packed using it on all sides and have it bubble-wrapped. If you have the Seashell casing the drive came in, bubble-wrap the case for about 3~4 rounds and you're set. Plonk the thing in a box and send it.

^Yeah and dont forget to write "Fragile - Handle with Care" outside the consignment. Have it written using a permanent marker. :P
