u can get it RMA'ed at their andheri service centre...here is all the info.

u just need to got to the place..mostly no bill is required.so just go there and hand it over..

there is another outlet of Accel frontline at tardeo
it is : D/16,Commerce centre, tardeo.
but personally i prefer you go to saki naka.
You have to wait for long queue as only one outlet handles FLy mobiles, sony ericsson, Epson and dont know what not.

Yep ... this is the right address, the one opposite sangam talkies has shut down more than a year ago iirc :)
