I had submitted my HDD on the 10th of Jan 2012 for RMA and not yet received from accel frontline

I would like to know if there is any way I can make them shit in their pants

I also spoke to the regional head of accel frontline, he told me it will reach by thursday, since it is in transit.

Is there any way I can escalate this matter, since in december I had faced the same issue, got my drive after 2 weeks..
 
Seagate does the Rma fast, but accel takes their own sweet time to get the process completed. It is such a horrible service. Dont want to use seagate anymore
 
These companies cry when it comes to warranty. I given my faulty sandisk pen drive to Rashi and still not yet heard from them and they are saying no stock with them and then how do they have stock to distribute to the resellers.
 
^^ #deaddevil don't worry it is standard Accel policy to take ~7 -- 10days to replace Seagate hard-drives, if you feel Seagate has a slow turn around time for RMA, be thankful that you are responsible for the procedure.

For Western Digital who purport a home pick-up and delivery system, the situation is worse as the delivery system takes its own sweet time to roll into action [OR lapse into inaction] and I had friends who wanted to replace their Green Edition 1TB drives, took close to ~2 months for the process to finish.

Bad luck with Rashi Sire, they are renowned for this. Hope for the best and the speedy recovery of your pen-drive. Cheers!!
 
#alpha17 WD picked up my drive with physical damage and replaced with a new drive with higher capacity in a week.

The issue here is seagate had done their part to check and complete the RMA procedure on time

But Accel is messing around, telling 7-10 days and taking a month to complete an RMA is not accepted.

Last time I landed up to the courier guys and messed them up, they told me they will give the drive, but when checked the drive was a small part of an entire consingment

The reason they took time was accel refused to take the consingment, cause they will have to carry it on top to the fourth floor,which they think the courier should do.

The result was a weeks delay for us to get hdd back (total more than 2 weeks to get my drive)
