PC Peripherals Seasonic S12 II 520W problem

Hi all,
I just bought the PSU and when i went to install the PSU, i noticed that the 24 pin connector had only 23 pins connected. Does this happen often? i googled a lot and finally after 3-4 weeks i decided to buy the seasonic over the VX450, but now i'm so disappointed. I guess RMA is the only option. I've never RMA'd before, what do i do? the distributers are thirupati enterprises and they are based in kolkata.

Thanks damn...

I compared with my previous PSU - CM eXtreme Duo 600W and it had all the 20+4 wires... So i panicked. I should have googled before posting, but was way too tired to do that...
