I am looking to buy a secondary phone in 10~15k range would like to have some warranty and Phones like Redmi note 9 pro or 10 pro are preferred. Don't need phones older than one year or any physical damages.

a bit out of your budget but have the k20 pro(the oneplus 7 pro clone xD)(sd 855,amoled,pop-up selfie camera). almost 1.5 years old
 
Thanks for the offer guys but now my requirement have changed, I need a phone in 10k range to replace Redmi Note 7 Pro
