Sennheiser HD 201 wire break

Last night I noticed that wire of my hd 201 was exposed due to a clean cut in insulation.
What should I do?
Headphones are still under warranty.

Should I use insulation tape as wire is intact and only insulation in cut?

If any copper strands are not visible, a good quality black insulation tape is more than enough

Thanks for reply guys. I'll first go to Mumbai SC and see what they say. As I'm gonna buy new headphones in couple of months, I'll make do with insulation tape if they say no.
