Serial blasts rock Jaipur!!

I had just finished talking to my parents yesterday night and none of us were aware of the blasts then. And just 2 mins later a friend called me up in Delhi and gave me the shocking news. I tried to call my parents to tell them this news because the network was jammed and remained so for a couple of hours.
Thank god I had talked to my parents earlier and knew they were safe.

I hate this jamming of network thing, one can't talk to one's family n friends and know abt their safety. But on the other hand, the jamming helps in stopping baseless rumors. In this case, the news of blasts at Hanuman temple had the potential of shattering the volatile communal peace in that area.

Hmm, thats interesting, must be standard practice everywhere when these things occur.

Reports going around that Taslima nasreen's presence in rajasthan was the cause... Bangladeshi outfit Huji is the prime suspect.

Every time i see something like this happen, my blood just boils , what do these cowards get out of this ?
 
We (esp. ppl of Jaipur) need to be strong in these times.. The aim of these attacks are to enrage ppl with baseless communal violence..

Did u guys check out the news ? There are some preblast clips of the bomb laden cycles.

I'm guessing this is the only way they can ever hope to remain relevant, if not by the ballot box then...

Seems counter-intuitive but can't think of a better reason.
 
may be someone should blow up a couple of mosques in Bangladesh and/or Pakistan. everytime this happens

Killing innocent ppl from other country as some antisocial elements killed innocent ppl in our country..

Indian Mujahideen claims responsibility for Jaipur Blasts​

A little-known outfit, Indian Mujahideen, has claimed responsibility for carrying out the fatal blasts in Jaipur on Tuesday. And to buttress its claim, it sent video clips to the media of a cycle strapped with a bag that it claimed held the bomb..:@

As cops groped for clues to crack the serial blasts in Jaipur, the mysterious video of a brand new cycle added a new twist to the investigations. While such claims in the aftermath of a major terror attack are not uncommon and have even been used by the real culprits to throw the investigators off the trail, what lends credence to the claim in this instance is that terrorist groups used an identical email ID to announce the blasts in Uttar Pradesh in November 2006.



The video was sent to the media in the capital by Indian Mujahideen late on Wednesday evening. It mentioned the number — 129489 — etched on the frame of the cycle shown in the clip. The Mujahideen claimed that the cycle was the one that was used for the explosion at Kotwali near Choti Chaupad.

In the case of the UP blasts, the email was sent from an internet cafe in New Delhi’s Shakarpur locality half an hour before the explosives went off in Varanasi, Faizabad and Lucknow.

The ID used this time is marginally different. While the ID used for claiming the UP blasts was "guru_alhindi@yahoo.fr", this time the ID is "guru_alhindi_jaipur@yahoo.co.uk". Tuesday’s mail came with three attachments of videos showing the cycles strapped with bags that apparently had the bombs.

The sensational development is sure to get the investigators focus more closely on the involvement of HuJI (Harkat-ul-Jehad-Al-Islami), a Deobandi outfit which has grown beyond its base in Bangaldesh to strike Indian cities at will. The UP blasts were engineered to punish lawyers who had thrashed the HuJI suspects arrested for earlier blasts in the state, and had vowed not to represent them during the trial.

The choice of the tag Indian Mujahideen also ties in with efforts to camouflage the foreign roots of jihadi terror and present it as a homegrown phenomenon.

Like in the earlier instance, Indian Mujahideen threatened an "open war against India" unless the country stopped supporting the US and UK on international issues.

you can be self righteous all you want. but If the terrorist dont and cant understand reason and civilization then may be we should start talking in a language that they understand.

blasts go off in jaipur ...ppl still are happy watching cricket at the same time ...as a country we are so used to these acts of violence that we have just stopped caring ...if this had happened in usa ..you think the country would move on as if nothing had happened?...you would ask hey why compare ...because we should care , we should have mourned those who died...the nation should stop and do something about it ...instead of sending messages that we condemn these acts of violence...

When the terrorists dont understand the normal language, you have to get to their level. Sigh, but for secularists like you, this country wouldve been where Israel was, but now it is doomed :(. Bye Bye Country :(.

Well yeah I am a secularist.... If youthink killing everyone from another community would help.... Some ass fundamentalist terrorist kills people to spread hatred and would it be better to go after the innocent ?...hell no...

Go after the people to who cause these.... releasing bloody terrorist just because they hijacked a plane shows our weakness.... the same terrorist who got released killed far more people than in tht plane masterminding a lot more attacks.... tht wht I would call a stupid move.... When these asses are caught.... kill them on site....

We should target the camps ...not religious places as some1 suggested before.... All it would do is bring more recruits into their ranks and cause far more damage....

as darth said hindus/we are wussies, see you scared of increase in their new recruits, i hope u know our population???? maybe not in this case but i hope you know most other terrorist activities are being funded by other countries. All we need to do is send a strong message which will send shivers down their spine....these blasts, as some1 said doesnt even make me move from my TV these days. I know i am at a very sorry state but yeah thats the truth, and if u peep inside thats the way you are too(to whosoever reading the post)
