Hello,
Recently bought a new motherboard:
TUF GAMING B660M-PLUS WIFI D4
www.asus.com
Main router is connected to Internet in drawing room, no way to make wiring changes now. Main TV and anyone there is easily connected with router supporting both 2.4Hz or 5 GHz.
My main router is at distance of 20+ feets from my working PC/TV which are kept in myroom, Work PC is connected via ethernet cable till router, there are family videos/photos on work PC which can be accessed via drawing room TV (connected via wifi) and my room tv (connected via wifi, takes internet from Drawing room router or my pc only on 2.4 ghz)
My room and main drawing room router has 3 walls in between, at night once the door is closed, wifi connectify from main router completely breaks to TV.
I am using my PC as a router with Connectify Hotspot Max software www.connectify.me
My TV only supports 2.4 Ghz, but my motherboard does supports both 2.4 and 5, kindly help with settings..
If I turn on dual band in my wifi adapter settings, tv wont detect 2.4 ghz
