post ur xprience with ragging...how u were ragged.how u tackled it or how u were humilated....whats the most innovative way or the most disgusting way of ragging u came across...or how u rag those poor 1st year student....jus speak ur heart out. :hap2:
 
well they took me twice both time i was saved...earlier with 4 boys...but since lecture time was near they decided to tak 2...and i was thrown out......2nd time....on name of joining some commitee...they took me in class......told me to sit next to a gal...then his bf arrived and tried to scold me.......i was decided if does nything wrong ill kick in his nuts no matter wht happens........but within a minute again i was saved...some proff came in class...and fearing he said bachaa hain ro raha hain ......and again threw me out......

1 frnd of mine was told....by a babe..look at my balls...when he was looking she slapped him tight and told...u f#$er i meant eyebalss...lolzzzzzzz

Well, in r college, we used to have a "Freshers' Party" each year which was nothing but a legal excuse for ragging. I was lucky enough not to be ragged( or were they aftraid of me? ;) ).. but was actively conducting ragging sessions. Guys wud be called on stage and they wud asked to perform "belly dance" ..or "Ball dance"..if they refused to do..some seniors wud literally help them on stage ( ..and gals giggling like hell! )
And on another ocassion, a piece of newspaper( not bigger than a half its size) was placed on the stage..a guy and gal wud be called...and they hafto dance holding each other , on the paper, without stepping out of it! :rofl: ....
And finally, for all the fun they gave us, seniors wud serve them with snacks et al.. and back to business again :(
 
One friend of mine in the college bus was asked my a senior girl to sing the college anthem(the unofficial one obviously). It meant holding his balls in one hand and raising his other and singing!!! :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

and then he was asked to act like a pole dancer with the pole in the bus when the bus was travelling over some really bad roads.

As for me... I don't like ragging. SOme guys may think of me as an ass... but I don't like it... And when some one tried to rag me in college, I told them I wasn't interested and walked off.... Luckily for me, they were pretty nice and didn't pursue me further....
 
When i was in computer engineering i used to look smaller than my age. I was in final year and GS of college & couple of SE guys who did not attend college much and did not know me though i am a fresher and tried to rag on the first day of FE.
You dont wana k now what happened next ;)
All i can say is that whole year they never dared to come in front of me again :P
 
hehe, the worst thing that I used to do while in 1st year was dress up in casuals (Fachhas had to follwo a dress code ) and after making sure no seniors are around, I would strut inside the Metallurgy branch classes (I was in mechanical) and the poor met guys had their 1st yr classes in the maechanical block.....
Poor guys would all rush to their feet and greet me with a big "Good morning" .. :ohyeah:

Being in a ( almost ) fully residential college, during ragging period, fachhas weren't allowed to go out of campus (or rather did not dare to)...Me and a coupla guys would sneak out to acquire the much needed holy water....Had quite a few close shaves with the seniors......

I really have fond memories of those days....
Didn't rag my juniors too much though ...
 
I hate ragging, didnt allow my seniours to rag me. They used to rag my batchmates a lot.

Once some reporter clicked some photos of the ragging session and it came in the newspapers. So some political activists came to our department beat the hell out of our senoiurs, didnt spare our teachers, broke some glasses and left.

This happend last year, doing mca from univ of pune.
 
u people r damn lucky.....the seniors ragged me like nething!! on the 1st day of college i was made to propose a senior chick..then had to take her to a coffee shop...it was fun..coz she ate up a capuchino & 2 burgers...then told me to pay the bill...hehehe..i had brought only 30 bucks with me and the chick had to pay the total bill..lolzz.then there was this look at my ball case...the nxt day..i was told to count the no. of chicks in first year.then was told to have sex with the microphone stand and make actual sounds on the micrphone...it was the most irritating thing !! then they told me to act like a dog and bark at 3rd year chicks. ..after classes i had to act like "devdas" in the middle of the road.....nxt day in the breaks i was taken to the canteen and given three spoons of pure salt to eat..ate two spons and then vomitt out everything on the table...lol..the seniors never ragged me after that...in our college..it is not so easy to escape ragging..those who tried and got cot ..were taken to the hostel and was made to dance completely neked for 1 hour..
 
Well lets see...on my first day 5-6 seniors took me to the top staircase(as it was empty) and harassed me no end.They didn't get physical probably b'coz I was much larger than any of them.
On my part,for the past two years I take intense pleasure in making the juniors keep their collars closed and stick to the dress code,thats all.Of course if someone fails to do that hez in trouble....
And since I am a sick pervert I take immense pleasure in sending the erring fellow to one of the senior classes(think of a tuna in shark infested waters.LOL.) for 'fixing'.
But I don't like any physical ragging.Some harassment for about a week is 'fine'.
 
Never been ragged ;);) Never have much of a going with the seniors that they wud rag me.........i dnt like the current city i am staying in (Frankly).........though 1ce a person whom i had known just recently wud have ragged me the next day i was absent from college :D:D.......i met him after 10days or so so he instead wud look a fool why trying 2 rag me
 
I am lucky not been ragged a single time now i am doing my 3rd yr engg
so chances that ne one might rag me now.

But have seen a few incidents when i was in 11th Std FYJC

My friend was ragged like this.

It was rainy season and there are 3 benches in circular fashion where all
seniors used to sit and all mud and water in between the benches
So they called my frind and told him to dance in the mud he refused
then told him to sing a song he refused later the seniors told u better
do something or else we will make u sleep in the mud he had to dance
he some how danced and later was left as the college principal came.

I had read about some thing like this in the newspapers.

@digital_brain - urs is a terrible exp.

I hate ragging and hate those evil souls who do that

Looks like I do have a few supporters who hate ragging..... I thought I would be in the minoriyt.....

See i wunt mind being ragged but it has to be something decent

an Indecent experience......A friend in the canteen was made to mix cold coffee,sauce and coke and was made to drink it :-[ :crash: :annoyed: :annoyed:
 
well when i was in 3rd year degree.......4th yr guy (3 of them)..called me and tried to rag........to impress a diploma chick......but since i was in 3rd year i was saved........another person in my class.....was ragged by a second yr student....we were there seniors(1year)....dumbo..he doesnt know to open his mouth...complete looser...........
btw on serious note.......guys if ragging is going healthy.....than b nice with them.....
but if something goes wrong...lik that of digital brain........i would have killed that *******s.......beleive me............if u r frm enggr feild need not fear of saying no...becoz most students r stud...and hav join enggr feild becoz of parents or want to b something in life.....if by any chance they fear something against will go against their carrier they wont do it...........and didgi brain dude.........damn why u allow them to b physical with u......jus hit in atlest 1 guy nuts hard so atlest your future college mates will place u in martyr list(lol) and they will b saved.....

No ragging done to me ever and i didnt do so with my Juniors...

My college follows anti-ragging.
BTW, the above post reminds me of the time in FY when a few of us got Fountain Pepsi, Sprite and Fanta from the canteen, finished half the glass, borrowed a few small glasses from the fountain pepsi guy and then, mixed Soya Sauce in Pepsi, mixed Vinegar in Sprite and mixed chilli sauce in Fanta....and offered this to other classmates:D
The cost of the above Rs. 30/-
The look on the faces of the people who drank the above:D:D:D:D : Priceless :ohyeah:
 
Hmm... when I joined schol in 10th the 12th std guys tried to rag me (cos I was new to the school). One day a guy told me to go and say something to a 12th std girl, I just said hello, she knew what was up and said to forget about it. Then the guy called me back but I had a lot of notebooks in my arms (had just picked em up) so I went away, and class started. Next day they ragged everyone again, but since I was writing notes they said I was studying and said I did not have to be ragged.
In 11th cos I went to the same school I was not ragged, but the people who joined from elsewhere were.... like a guy was told to f*** the wall. He actually dropped his pants! (But not underpants of course!!)
In college they called me to rag me, said come to the canteen (sent a message via someone). I had never been to the canteen b4 that (I was smart enuf to avoid the place) so I went there, and looked inside. I didn't know that the canteen extended back beyond a turn, and that portion was not visible. I didn't see nay seniors and walked out!! They never did call me again.

That ain't ragging dude.Ragging is what is done to freshers i.e new entrants in any course.Other than that its plain harassment and sadism.Even the seniors who harassed me on that day I mentioned turned friendly after a month or two, and now ,one is a good friend.

Similarly,I would not 'rag' any junior now,thats simply sick.

A second year guy acted smart with one of my classmates when we were well into the second semester,he got a broken nose.;)

Ragging is 'intoductory teasing/harassment' which can go on for a month or so until the freshers' party or whatever,if someone wants to do it after that hez got serious issues.:ohyeah:
 
naah i meant he wanted to rag me......but i was in 3rd year ....they didnt knew that.......also once a babe was rag by his on classmate..since she came to college after 2 months of college start...she did not knew the person was frm same class

My cousin was telling me how he got ragged in his college.

Tell me dear TE members did any of you got ragged (I assume many to be)

If yes post your bad/worst/funny incident.

I had quite rude to my seniors, esp when it came to giving my intro...

And had retaliated are any from any form of ragging.

Hence had created loads of uprour in the collage...

Later a group of 30+ final year student came out side the collage waited for me to come out.

Got hold of me, and took me to the playground.

There i was made to run 1 whole round of the ground...

later pull out my socks and wear them on my hand.

I got off lightly I still say,

as there were cases of guys me made to walk naked.

Any of you guys went thru such humiliation?

Also I refrained from ragging any of my juniors, as I believed as the student gets ragged themself, they have this mutual feeling of ragging there sub juniou just to justify their ragging.

Tell me guys if you have ragged or being ragged by anyone...

Well, I for 1 havent got ragged.

Normally, its the first few days, when the Seniors, pick on the Freshman...

And I didnt attend college for the first month, as I was outta India.

But, my friends, did tell me, a lot of Ragging went along, like buy them smokes or just buy them a Pepsi :P, else they'd pound you to death or sumthing.

Its an experience, thats all. You have to go thru with it. Its not humiliating, really. You can do it to your Juniors and carry on the tradition :ohyeah:

I remember, the leader if tge "Anti-Rag Squad" guy of our College, trying to scare me. It was a funny situation though. Lol.
