CPU/Mobo shared video memory problem (unable to change)

Hi friends ,

I have a little problem here with my shared memory.

First here are my rig specs:-

Mobo:- Asrock 945gcm-S
Cpu:- Intel Pentium IV 3.06 Ghz
Ram :- 2 Gb
Window: Xp Sp2

Now the problem
My motherboard manual says it can support up to 224 MB shared memory.
But in my BIOS there are only two options available, 1 MB and 8 MB.

How can I increase my shared memory.
Please help me.
I don't have any external graphic card.
