Not A Buy/Sell comment, i hope this post also helps me and other users who are facing the same issue

I recently bought microsoft 365 subscription to share it with my friends, 3 of them are added to the family group but other two are facing some wierd ms issue
There are primarily 2 ways to share the ms365 plan, first one is to share a link or email invite from https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/details this url by clicking on the share button, if the user is invited through this way then he will receive a normal invitation(check image 1 for reference)
Other way to invite someone is from family safety dashboard(https://account.microsoft.com/family/home), users who are invited through it will receive a different joining email which states that the user will be sharing his screentime and all with the family organizer, check image2, they receive different joining email. There was an additional popup which stated the same family features before inviting users using the second way, check image 3 for reference

The problem i am facing is, 3 of the members were able to join using the normal 365 invite but other two guys are redirected to family safety page and all they see is their own profile, no choice to accept or reject (image 4), i tried on my other account and i got the join button (image5)
I was also facing the same issue on 1 of my ms account, it worked on other account. Invite using the second way will work for everyone but there are those screentime and other settings visible to me which neither i want nor other users would like to share

What i have always tried to fix the issue:
it doesn't matter if ms account is on gmail or ms emails
date of birth (<18)isn't the issue here

user selected in image 6 is invited using the second way and user selected in image7 is invited using 1st way

I have been scratching my head over this
One possible cause could be the xbox profile of the user, i tried this on my parents account and they are able to join by link or the normal invite
Tried on my 2 other accounts, the one which have xbox account/profile didn’t get the join button and the join button shown in image 5 appeared for accounts that doesn’t have xbox profile
@kakadiya @solo_wing did you guys face similar issues

ok

Sorry @neoapricot ..cant be of much help here. As never came across this issue.
But now you seemed to have figured out the problem yourself.

I wonder what does xbox profile has to do with Microsoft 365 office account.

Not sure if it is related to this but I am unable to download xbox profile on my xbox series s.
I will have to figure that out too.
Microsoft accounts need to be carefully organized now I think.
