Shifting to Bangalore!

Vij, many auto drivers are Tamilians.

Shrey once took an auto from MG Road to the railway station and I wanted to help him get an auto and make sure that the auto guy didnt loot him as he was from out of the state. As it turns out, that auto driver was a Tamilian and Shrey had a nice auto ride!!

Bangalore that way is quite muiltilingual. Try getting a grasp of basic Kannada if you are going to be travelling in autos/buses.

If you are going to have your own vehicle, then you can survive easily. Look at Chaos Dada :D

If you have your own vehicle you can survive in any nook and cranny of the world without issues :rofl:.
 
My post has been deleted...it was just meant to be funny mods, I did not target any particular race, I targetted all of them...I think we're all mature enough here to take some jokes..
 
I will soon be joining accenture in Banglore most probably, if thats the case can someone can guide me to a webpage or something so that i get a hang of few basic words ?

I was thinking if Nikhil or someone could just give some basic words that i can use to move around in auto's and read the bus numbers :)

If i get placed in bangy then i have to get a book there is no other way :(
 
^That maybe true outside b'lore. In b'lore i never faced issues, everytime i got into an auto, the auto walla talks to me in tamil only :lol:

why waste helpless auto rickshaw. We could use them for carrying our stuff to LP once Supra terminates all auto pilots.
 
Reached Bangalore yesterday... Only partially shifted, but moved TVs, Xbox 360, comp etc... Staying at Dads Factory Guesthouse at WhiteField Kadugudi Main Road in a beautiful colony called Chaitanya Samarpan.

My initial impressions.

1. Weather is fantastic. Its soooo good.

2. Food is good and cheaper than Hyderabad.

3. Rents are higher in Bangalore. Real Estate prices are not too much higher than Hyd...Maybe around 10-15% higher. Construction Values are better in Blore.

4. Have not yet felt the traffic. Need some time for that.

Actually there are about 75000 autowalla in bangalore,not sure if 20000 will be enuf:bleh:
