Btw would the experience with Air Fiber be the same?
F. I feared this would be it. What a dilemma to be in. I'll try to bear it for the next 2-3 months and see the situation. Will try to arrange for something.I am guessing so since it too works on same 5G.
Depends on location.but i think for remote areas bsnl ftth is the best?
same for meIn my area, bsnl ftth is run by local guy (company). So, enquire service experience from neighbours. I would prefer fibre first.
The old days.Makes me ponder over the days gone by when I used to keep my computer (not laptop) on entire night to download a 1 CD Rip.
Crazy.Check this. Just did a Speed test and it consumed total 800 MB data.
look up how speedtests "test" your network speeds, you'll get your answer, also isnt 5g supposed to be unlimited in jio?So I got a new Jio 5G SIM today and it was activated at around 4:10PM. I checked my net speed three times on Speedtest. I didn't do anything else. I didn't update anything. And by around 5:30PM to my shock I got the "50% data used" message. I checked my balance and it was already at only 120MB/1.5GB (daily).
How on earth is this possible?? I didn't even get to use it properly yet.
W T F happened.
this is me a scant decade ago ; ) Jio has been a god sent for peeps like meCheck this. Just did a Speed test and it consumed total 800 MB data.

there was time when vodafone doing this thing of adding towers based on people's requests. i think jio tried something similar too, plz see if they still do that.F. I feared this would be it. You can use as much internet as you want at 64kbps.Question is, how is that unlimited?
2GB/day applies to 4G data .. "Unlimited 5G" means unlimited applies to 5G data only and not 4G data .. if you have used 4G data assuming it is unlimited then 2GB daily data gets exhausted. i use Jio Unlimited 5G plan and i watch lots of youtube and sometimes movies/series when im not at home .. just be mindful of 5G or 4G signalI recharged with 629. I got a 5G device, there's 5G network coverage and 2GB/day plan meaning I meet the criteria to avail the "True unlimited" 5G. However, my data gets exhausted and runs on 64kbps.
Question is, how is that unlimited? Shouldn't it affect my 4G data when I am in a 5G coverage area? Are they letting me choose such plans in the name of fake UNLIMITED. Seems like I got scammed.
If the device allows, try forcing it to use only 5G network. Or there are some workarounds to get this done on some devices, but it's flaky. Jumping between 5G and 4G happens a lot for me too though in a metro city and near city center.I recharged with 629.
