Shopping cart software for website ?

I need to put in shopping cart software in my website.How do i incorporate it ?

Is any readymade software avaliable or do i have to code it ?

if ur host supports fantastico (an addon for cPanel) .. there is 1or2 shopping cart script (even without fanstastico, there might be shopping cart installation option too)
