If there would have been few of us, together we would have managed to do something (no idea what but something for sure) .
Apart from consumer complain any other option.
I had put across the issue on major consumer complaint website but no result.
 
I ordered an item worth 1400 rupees from Shopyourworld FOUR months back. I have not received it till date. I repeatedly tried cancelling and finally today they accepted my cancellation request. Today they told me that "your order has reached mumbai and will be delivered today". The order was for Gurgaon !!!!!

I think they have completely screwed up badly. I am actually ordering very regularly from Ebay Globaleasybuy. Atleast Ebay is a reputed company with some credibility - the services also are very good.

I dont have a problem if they couldnt ship something or some logistics issue - but keeping someone in the dark for FOUR months ? That is not done. Atleast they should have cancelled in the second week itself.

I am still not sure if I will get the refund. I would strongly advise against using Shopyourworld - very bad experience.

Sounds scary, lucky you it was not a 5 figure amount, maybe they should change their name from 'screw your world'
 
i got in touch with them they are giving false promises that it will be delivered by the 1st week of jan

don't call them in office hours, you will always get automated response that "all their executives are busy .................... "

call them after 5 - 5.30
 
Try this trick, it worked for me last time .........

Buy any product, put in all ur credit / debit card details etc but when you get password authentication page for initiating the payment, exit.

You will get a call from them within 8 working hours about unpaid order.

Just enter all your details correctly, like contact number etc etc.

Now give them their own medicine, saying that when I haven't got my last order placed, how can I place new one and stuff like that ......

Don't forget to embarrass them by saying that despite of 100's of negative reviews online about them, u still took chance and ordered from them and etc etc .......
 
Had called just now.They said phone has arrived and is with customs.I will get by 4th or 5th...Hoping for best.

I called them couple of times :) CC person seemed very polite.I dunno but I have some positive feelings that we might not get duped.Just being optimistic :)

i have the same feelings too bro a friend bought 2 arcos tabs from them last year he didnt get duped got the product :)
 
spoke to them today they are saying its in transit and u can expect the phone at your doorstep by 10th i believe they are bulls*itting
 
i ordered a kindle paperwhite with them 18th dec, its not delivered with false promises given the last two times ive tried to get intouch. already created a dispute charge with my cc company, i hope i get my money back :( this is the first time its happened to me .. its just sad shopping portals end up doing this and looting people.
