Asked them for refund today..Fking cheats :@ Now that person said that there is some problem with dealer in US and the products have not been shipped from US and last time he said product was with customs..morons :@

yes, how .............. a friend of mine made an impulsive buy last month & now he is stuck, he has been calling since a week & he is not able to get through, no matter what time you call.

he had already raised a dispute with his credit card bank which will be resolved by his bank with some days & money will be refunded.

Interim credit given by his bank last evening, his bank will take up this matter with Shopyourworld, within 51 days if the product is not delivered the card won't be debited & the issue will be settled between Shopyourworld and the bank, without putting buyer in between which already got the refund.
 
I just keep calling them from office phone :P Also They sent me mail now regarding cancellation to which I had to reply and after that they again sent me stating cancellation is confirmed.Will wait for 2 weeks else will call them up again.

i finally contacted them and they agreed for a refund lets hope for the best
 
Well didn't have any time to get in touch with them...was busy with office work.Will call them up tomorrow and let you know :)
 
I called them on monday and he said I will get refund by this week, I have still not got it :( and now when I try to call that CC guy kept me on hold and disconnected the phone.


I'm afraid I might lose my money.Someone please advice me what to do :(
 
I got my refund yesterday, had complained through Akosha. Paid them 500, for 5000 amount which syw wasn't refunding. I had purchased mid October.
 
I talked with my bank people and asked them if I can file a dispute.they said yes and sent me a form which I have to fill up and send it back to them.WHat should I do now ?? Is this akosha reliable or just another scam ?? or should I go with filing dispute ?
