Once you have listed on Ebay, then the buyer has to pay first (using paisapay) then you have to ship the product. There is no need for you to get scared ??

Also Ebay allows people to create multiple ID, hence the buyer might want to take advantage of the discount coupen offers every Thursday. Hence obviously his ID might not be the same as in TE.

but after he makes the payment and wen he receives the gpu he will have to click on recived

but wat if he doesnt click on received ?? then i would never get my money

but the buyer is frm orissa and i m frm mumbai
wat to do ?

Maybe a friend of his who stays close to your place could receive the stuff on his behalf and ship it?

I would not suggest the Ebay route, since it'd prove expensive for both seller/buyer. They levy a fees on every purchase made, which is a certain percentage of the sale price, plus listing fees and take forever to deposit the money in your account. The seller is left in a lurch.

Ebay has both buyer protection and seller protection. You can raise grievance and show your proof (courier bill etc), if the buyer is not clicking on received. (though there might be delays)

This ID thing might be only for taking advantage of the coupen. Anyways if you can reveal the TE ID of the buyer, some of us may be able to vouch for him (based on his credibility, logevity etc).

Ebay charges 6% on the listed price. Hence usually the dealers quote along with the extra amount that ebay charges. But the advantage to the buyer is that they can make use of 10 %, 20% coupens and still they get benefited.

no way , ebay route is quite safe in my opinion...

even if the buyer fails to mark the item as received , it will automatically be treated as received after a certain time limit by ebay..

and u will get the money 2-3 days after its been automatically treated as received,

most prolly , the buyer will mark it received when he gets it

dont worry , in either case u will get money,

but if the buyer is a cheat and he marks the item as not received , the case will go to ebay customer care ,

take care to have all the receipts of courier company as proof of delivery , and ebay after verification will decide it on behalf of either the seller or buyer,

and if ur proof is right , u will get the money

thats all for the ebay paisapay system

Its just a lengthy and cumbersome process that one would have to go through in order to sort the case out with Ebay. Most of all, when all your money is stuck in the middle.

yeah if money is stuck it will be a long process

and i wont have time then coz frm next week my 12th boards will start

so wat shud i do guyz ?

I am not sure but in ebay if the buyer does not click on receive it is sort of auto received after some stipulated number of days :S

yes it is, i have experienced it, seller gets his money, albiet with a delay

If u dont trust each other and still want to deal, then Ebay is the best option

or some long standing and reputed member here has to mediate the deal between u too

Buyer sends money to Member
Seller ships the product in good condition, buyer receives it and confirms to Member
Member sends money to Seller

This is a risky stuff as well, if one screws up and it can turn ugly
plus that member should be willing to do this
