should i get this a/c deal ?

all,

i am rightnow trying to get myself a second ac for my parents bedroom (1 ton).

i have got a deal on a daikin ftke35g, inverter with R22 for 32000 (including installation and stabilizer). i still have not checked toshiba or panny which was recommended in this forum before for bikey

should i,

1. get this deal ?
2. check the panny which was quoted around 34 for inverter + R410
3. check models of toshiba (daisekai)

Since I had to buy it during the weekend. Thought the Daikin 1 ton Inverter Model with R22 was good. Bought it for 32K (installation + stabilizer) + double booster (3K)
