Sify Broadband: How to forcibly logout?

Sometimes I keep getting this "already logged in" error and generally the speed loss during these times. I have found that this is a common problem going through the internet forums.

Is there a way I can forcibly logout of sify?
 
AFAIK you call the tollfree help no. and tell them to disconnect your a/c immediately so you can login properly. Also try to see a report of usage via the dialer - my account login and see if you can spot any potential misuse of your account.

I never face this problem on sify.
I have 3 laptops configured via wireless lan and I can log in from any of them via IP binding(done by sify).
I an log on from laptop 1 and immediately after that log on via lappy 2, no probs. I never get this message.
best option would be to call their service center and have them log you out.

Also check with them how many/ and which mac ids have been usng this connection.
 
I've had this retarded problem as well. Just call them up & one of their irritating employees will log you out if you ask them to do so.
