Its one of the best UWA out there, I got it from Mumbai with bill along with one more for a friend. I misplaced the bill, I usually take care of everything related to my Photography equipments. The Lens was stored in the Dry box when not in use, so NO FUNGUS at all. There are some minute dust particles as one can see in the picture on the black surface inside the lens, but none on the glass element, It doesn't affect the Quality of the photo. The Zoom ring is a bit loose at some part but its securely in place, the rings are smooth as new.
The Lens has been lying unused since 2013 since I moved to Full Frame, I had it as a backup lens for my Crop Body but that was also not being used much, maybe once every 3 to 4 months, so decided to sell it to someone who might use it.
