I was surfing around the net and stumbled upon a news about a disabled gamer trying to customize dead space 2 control but unable to do so because the developers didn't include key remapping in the game.

His name is Gareth Garratt, he has cerebral palsy, so he can't use his hands to play games.

therefore he play with his chin!!

he got reply from visceral games, they are working on the patch to enable button remapping.

they also gave him dead space goodies
