Sim City 4 problem with custom content

Hi ,

Till now ,I was playing Sim City 4(Rush Hour) without using any custom stuff and mods.

Yesterday I downloaded some custom Lots from the net and I am having some problems to use them in the game.

Has anyone else faced any problem while using user-modified content with Sim City 4.
