Sis's Ipod nano hung

Aight, my sis is going berserk, her nano just hung when she put it on, now nothing can be done to switch it off or anything for that matter.The keypad isnt responding, the screen has just hung in playlist.If someone can rectify this, please respond ASAP.

Easy .....
>> Toggle the Hold button on and off 2 times...
>> Press the CENTER and the MENU button for 10 seconds.....
if nothing happens...
>> Toggle the Hold button on and off 2 times...
>> Press the CENTER and the PLAY button for 10 seconds.....

One of the 2 should Re-boot the Nano :)
 
Did u try a reset..
First toggle the hold switch to hold position n back to normal(hold off) position.. Then hold the Menu n Center button simultaneously for like 6-10 seconds till the ipod restarts and the apple logo appears..

Welcome :D The pod is back in her command now :D :ohyeah:
My past Ipod Support Helps here :D , used to work for HP before in their IPOD support group hehe.....the most funniest solution to this problem if the hard reset doesnt work is to JUST let the IPOD die out over the next few days ....once the battery runs out...it goes off...charge it back up....and its again running hehe...
