When i was in my teenage i used to have lot of pimples and it has left pimple marks on it , i tried several doctors but none helped are there any very good Skin specialist for this in Mumbai ,don't recommend those Kaya Clinic.

You have to do a series of chemical skin peels. Consult a dermatologist. But you can even clear it yourself if you have enough patience just by using retinol and kojic acid.

Don't want you to furstrate you but NONE MEDICAL PROCUT can do same for you. Try Aurvedic may be time counsuming & tedious & need to apply for long time it may not treat your problem (even medical too) but it wont make any harm to your skin (each & every modern medicine have side effects)

Bro dont ever touch the clinics, the black spots will disappear with time, but it might be possible that you might had scratched pimples which might had led to big black spots.

In that condition i can recommend you one natural remedy, take juicy flesh of aloe vera, clean it, then grind it in mixer and apply it to your face daily 2 times, after 15-20min wash it, repeat same procedure for 15-20 days, this will help your face skin to repair quickly

Consult a good Ayurvedic Doc, he'll suggest some medicines also diet changes which may treat this issue from roots... Problem with allopathy is when u stop taking medicines problem reappears after sometime...

I am sure Fish livers, aloe vera cant do anything on pimple marks. aloe vera is an astringent, liver oil is omega 3, they just cure and protect the skin surface. For Pimple marks you need to tear off the outer surface of the skin periodically. Its impossible to erase the marks from the skin without peeling the skin surface. Dont fear, the skin peeling happens naturally once in 28 days, but you can do it manually and speed up the process using Lauric Acid, Glycolic acid, kojic acid etc. You have to consult a dermatologist, not an ayurvedic.(yes I agree ayurvedic treatments also peel off the skin using scrubs, but its too a slow process) If you ready to take some risk yourself, i can suggest you some creams available in medical shop.
