touch screen within 10 k itself is kinda hard to get. and then comes thin
the ones i can think of are htc p3400i at 9- 9.5 k (it isnt thin by any standards but is pretty gud vfm. wm 6 plus a nice 2.8 inch screen)
the motorokr should be around 10 k too.
the only thin touch screen i can think of seem to be the htc touch at abt 13 k or something.

you could look at this phone.. not touchscreen, but has touch sensitive controls.. very slim, sleek and stylish..
P.S. it wud be very difficult gettin a new touch-screen mobile whch is slim and <10k

you could check out fly sx200..its sleek slider and had touchscreen...and around 8k..but its from fly mobiles

the only thing i can hold against windows mobile is there hopeless music performance. most aren't the best, but to a layman they do sound gud enough.
