Want to replace my 2 year old wave 525. Please suggest a best vfm smartphone under 13K.
1. Budget?

2. Preferred Form Factor(flip, bar, slider)?
A: Bar
3. Preferred display type?
A: TFT
4. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Want to buy only Nokia's phone.
5. Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: Touchscreen
6. Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: 5MP or + 5MP. Flash.
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Android or Windows Phone 8
8. Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: 3G.
9. What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Primary use moderate gaming and camera, secondary internet and videos.
10. Any other requirements?
A: no.
11. If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: Huawei Ascend P1, Xperia M or Xolo Q800
confused between these three brand.
If their are sufficient games available on WP8 then can consider lumia 620

Huawei Ascend P1(one of the best camera phones under 20k) fits all requirements and way better than Xperia M (poor camera and blueish stint on screen) and the xolo. The only aspect where Xperia M could be better(supposedly) than Huawei is After sales service maybe :rolleyes:

720 is out of my budget and doesn't own standard charted card.
i think p1 is best for my need, also huawei service centre is present in my city.
what about q700i link

Q700i is nothing but an upgraded Q700 with some extra features like enabling apps to move to SD card. But Devs have already ported all q700i features to q700 successfully ;) Better get P1.

yes, its gpu is inferior than xperia M but I think it should allow moderate gaming. (Check out those P1 Gaming videos on youtube). And Huawei recently released 4.1.2 Update for indian users but its buggy (like all official updates for androids). If you root it then There is also 4.3 unofficial at XDA for it which is way faster than factory ROM. I have a Huawei U8800 Pro myself and so far I have installed at least 30 Custom ROMs on it over 8 months.

I played a little with xperia m after hearing a good review of it by many. But in the store it was different. While using the camera it had gone blank and was restarted three times. May be the specifications are good but it is having problems(i faced personally). If sony is able to fix it with a software update, it will be good. Else you should get habituated to restart your device whenever it goes blank.

exactly bro. i'm also making up my mind to buy it. today is the last day to buy @ lowest price on flipkart if i have a standard chartered account. But i dont have an account. Do anyone have it?
@hmasalia -> if you have one, can you help me with this? As we are from the same place, there will be no problem for payment between us.
