PC Peripherals SMPS help needed...

I am using Zebronics PEACE cabby with default SMPS...
I bought POV 8800GT card and connected it with 6Pin connector..
After using it for half hour, my PC crashed and display gone..

I got to know that the SMPS is shitty..

Please suggest me a CHEAP SMPS for my cabinet. It should contain PCI-E Direct supply..

If u can our in cash the Corsair HX620 eyes closed.. Else the CM600Extreme will do...

My goodness, M surprised hw cud u plug a damn cheap PSU tat was bundled with ur cabby to tat 8800GT??? :@

Because these are "NOT" 600W psu's.

You would be "eXtremely" lucky to get usable 27~ 30Amps, combined total, on 12V rails.

and the voltage drops on loading could prove hazardous to your costly graphics cards in the long run.

ps: compare the price of a lower wattage CM "Real" psu with this and you will automatically know the difference.:no:

yeah that's right but when you can't afford a corsair or Tagan getting a CM is better than getting Powersafe or Zebronics
