Hey guys..

I have been searching the net for some weeks to get a good LCD for myself..

I have decided on getting a Panasonic 32" LCD ..

There are a few models which i am confused upon..

I am more inclined towards Panasonic Viera TH-L32C8 .. It's total VFM..

Getting it for 23.9 k :D:hap2: PLUS they're giving a 3 year WARRANTY :)

Before buying , i wanted to ask some questions..

1.) How is the build quality , picture quality of Panasonic LCD's?

2.) What is the response time ( Can't find the response time of C8 32" on the internet )

3.) Does it LAG ( INPUT LAG ) while playing games through a console?

4.) How is the quality of DTH cable on it? ( TATA SKY )

the price is good, but haven't read good reviews about the model. by the way there's no HDMI on the set.
 
Why go for such a basic set when few thousands more will get you samsung sony and lg ones?

I know the urge to get somethin different, but no hdmi is a disaster!

You can get sony bx series for abt 28k, or samsung series 4..
 
No HDMI on an LCD.. And if you are still OK with this, then I suppose you won't be using it to watch any DVD's or Blurays. And majority of the use would be DTH. Then why go for LCD at all? I would advise you to go for a 29" CRT; because LCD will never match the picture quality of a CRT where only cable channels are concerned. The difference will be obvious only on a DVD, or better, an upscaled picture.

Check out Panasonic, JVC, or even a Samsung for that matter. Since CRT's are slowly on their way out (but still available), they can be bought at really great prices. Secondly, I don't think there is any real research being done in CRT technology now, hence, what is available is the most mature and proven technology.

Just my 2 cents..

Its almost a sacrilege not buying LCD Tv with Hdmi. Sooner or later as you upgrade you will find youself running pillar to post,collecting those DVD HD, HD Media Players,SOny-Xbox's ,Man you can never have enough connectivity these days.
 
c8 lacks HDMI

i was getting X9 for 23500 from kohinoor in exchange for my old TV

went for X10 at 24800 instant delivery . same was available at 23500 and i had to w8 for 3 day to be delivered

my old crt tv was busted

old tv are taken as freebies by dealers . and my prices are month old so u may get better prices
