WTB SODIMM RAM and M.2 SSD to upgrade my laptop

Hi everyone, I want to upgrade my six-year-old laptop by adding RAM and an SSD.

For the RAM, the manual says:
Memory specifications
Slots - Two SODIMM slots
Type - Dual-channel DDR4
Speed - Up to 2400 MHz
Configurations supported:
Per memory module slot - 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB, and 16 GB
Total memory - 4 GB, 6 GB, 8 GB, 12 GB, 16 GB, and 32GB

For the SSD, the manual says:
Solid-state drive (SSD) - M.2 PCIe 3x4 NVMe SSD
Maximum configuration supported - M.2 PCIe 3x4 NVMe SSD: Up to 512GB
Technology supported - PCI Express

I want to buy 8GB RAM and one SSD supported by the laptop. I have shared the system screenshots below. I will be in Kolkata till the 2nd so can do a f2f buy also if the seller is from Kolkata. This will be my first time upgrading the laptop so share recommendations also if you have any.
