Although you seriously need to dust your computer :) and looking at your PSU, you will require a molex to SATA connector, do buy that as they dont come bundle with most HDD's...

^ it costs ~10-15 bucks but most dealers might give it free with the new HDD... Its the power connector which will convert molex from your PSU to a SATA power connector which is flatter & has 5 wires....
 
very wierd location to have sata ports...generally all mobo manufacturers near to PATA connectors..

So the SATA will work just fine then in my system......

Sata2 hdd will work fine but they will work with SATA1 speeds...:)
