My computer (in fact 2 of them) have been affected by some unknown virus. Upon connecting to internet, it starts to send mails if outlook is configured. (it is one computer). Scanning from an updated Norton Internet decurity did not show any virus. But the problem is still there. I guess some new virus. Will have to probably wait for norton to update. Till then i am probably stuck since formatting a Hard disk takes quite some time. Also I managed to get rid in one of the computers by safe booting and restoring to a previous point about a week back!

Some more information would be needed. What are the mails being sent? Any recent installations? Any other problems caused to the system? Also run hijackthis and post the log here.
