Intel: a good z390 motherboard, i7 9700k
AMD: Ryzen 7 2700x/3600xt, a good x470 or b550 motherboard
common items for both: 16-32gb ddr4 ram, psu 850watt or below, cpu cooler air or aio, some case fans

please tell the brand and model of ram. psu, etc while posting below
