Well it depends on qualifications .They are presently recruiting freshers from engineering background .
J2EE is a hot field but as much there is demand there are people available.If you tell me your qualifications ,then I can guide you.

Training with a placement garuntee can be good option .Nowadays the market is so good anybody can get thru companies. Why do you want waste money and join the course ?.You can get training at company cost after you join the company . :p
 
What sort of engineering background are they looking for mainly ? and if they are then whether these training programs will provide placement for sure?
