Someone is Selling bajaj finserv locked s23

So someone is selling s23 which is locked by Bajaj finserv for 30k in th fb marketplace.
I offered him scrap value but he is adamant for 30k and not realising that a locked phone is a scrap phone.

Anyone of you have dealt with bajaj finserv locked phones?

No it won't. The IMEI are blacklisted.
