Sony ericsson suggestion required

Hi. I want to buy a new phone from sony ericsson with,
1. Music player.
2. Decent battery life for at least 7 hours of music.
3. 2 megapx camera with video recording.
My budget is upto 6k.
I had short listed k530i & w302 but found their prices as over 7k.

go for the nokia 5130 xpressmusic very good phone with very good music output @ 5200rs.

i am not a nokia user --i use sony.but that is too good a phone to miss within 6k.

if you want the w302---the price has been brought down to around 6k - a friend told me yesterday.

Is w302 a good phone overall? I've used 3 nokia phones in the past. So want to try sony this time.

it is good---but the nokia 5130 is better---ask around.have used both --sony sounds better with the hpm 70/72 headphones rather than the hpm 64

as for the nokia i used it with a creative ep630---S E X Y ! bought it recently for my sister.

yes you can connect any headphone while 5130 has 3.5mm jack all sony ericsson W series phones come with headphones which have 3.5mm adaptor

the problem here is---the nokia 5130 has everything that the se w302 has and is cheaper by about 900-1000rs.mind both phones have a very basic camera.the nokia 5130 is slightly bling bling flashy flashy while the w302 is more reserved and simple when it comes to the styling.also with the default sony charging headphone port problems with loose connectors and pins happen all the time.3.5mm jacks don't usually have that problem.

get the nokia if you want to stick to your phone for a very very very long time.

Univercell is still giving the price of w302 as 7.1k. If that's the case, i'll happily buy a 5130 @ 5.2k
