10.5K for an eBook reader is a bit too much don't you think ?
I mean you could instead go for a basic large screen touch screen phone instead and have a reader plus much more.

Its the e-ink display mate.No back light ,gentler on the eyes.You could read for hours without eyestrain and headaches.

It retails for $200 internationally, and is among the cheapest eBook readers.

Most importantly, a phone's battery won't last 2 weeks/8000 page-turns.
 
Where can I find Sony PRS reader in Mumbai ?

I came across a thread that Sony PRS readers are sold in Mumbai at Alpha , Primus and Lammy.

I checked at Alpha and they dont have it ( checked at both at the Laptop section and the MP3 players section both dont have it )

Does anyone know where it is available at Lammy ?

And where/what is Primus ?

^ kindle might be better but the purchase procedure is a bit complicated and thru kmd the price is going beyond my budget.

Sony readers are readily available to purchase and are around 10k to 13k.

For the ready available part , then compared to a Kindle which I will have to order online using a credit card or through KMD , buying the sony PRS would be easy once we know where it is sold.
