Due to stiff competition, Sony has dropped the prices of its several Android smartphones. The Xperia U, Xperia Sola, Xperia Go and Xperia Neo L and Xperia SL have been made cheaper.
The Sony Xperia SL which was introduced at Rs 28,990 has been slashed to Rs 25,990. The Xperia U which was selling at Rs 14990 will now cost Rs 13,990.
The Xperia Neo L now costs Rs 14,990. The Xperia Sola and Xperia Go are available for Rs 14,590.
Sony has introduced its latest flagship, the Xperia Z and ZL at CES 2013, so once these devices make their way to Indian market, the current flagships Xperia Ion and Xperia S are also expected to get price reduction.
