Please check your first post where you suggest this would work after a service and look the reaction when someone suggested that you should have serviced this first and put for sale.

i have also mentioned it is not mine. i dont think my manager wants to service it since he got a new vaio already. this is lying with me now since it was a office computer. the problem here is too many new and noob members keep pming and quoting useless prices. it gets on the head when mostly im out of space becuase of this. people also need to understand.

ok some facts!!!

i came across this laptop just now ----can post images if you want----my neighbour has it and he asked me if i could do anything about the terrible battery life-goes flat in 15 mins-as for the vaio---its well built,but the config is rubbish now--3years back it was good and hand on heart and from what little knowledge i have from testing hardware---the asus 1000he which we have at home is a faster machine.at that is being sold for 16.5k @ primeabgb--got their email last week.

if you could sell the laptop for 10---15k for your boss it would make sense you could get it off your hands quickly.
