i am using neo v from past 5months, it is one of the best phone available out their. about HTC one i don't have an idea it is still new to market wait for review or visit gsmareana or any sit

I guess I'm going a bit off topic but you might also consider waiting for Xperia U. Neo V's a good phone but the design looks a bit dated now.. Btw, Xperia U does't have a concrete release date. The speculation says it will be launched in Q2; April end on May start.

If the screen size is not an issue, go with the Xperia Ray....The HTC One V's pad or whatever at the bottom does look ugly though.
