Sony has finally unveiled its new camera flagship smartphone Xperia Z1 aka Honami at IFA in Berlin today.
The Xperia Z1 comes as no surprise as we know almost everything about it already, through various leaks. It features 20.7MP CMOS sensor camera and powerful Snapdragon 800 chipset with 2.2GHz quad-core processor with 5 inch full HD display. It is also waterproof and dustproof (IP55 & IP58 certified).
Xperia Z1 features Sony’s “G Lens” with a 27mm wide angle and bright F2.0 aperture, custom made large 1/2.3-type CMOS image sensor Exmor RS for mobile with 20.7MP and a BIONZ for mobile image processing engine. It also comes with suite of apps to enhance imaging experience such as Social Live, Info-eye, Timeshit Burst and AR effect.
It comes with Sony's TRILUMINOS Display for mobile, similar to the Xperia Z Ultra which is said to be better and brighter than the Xperia Z.
