sound card not working in Acoustimass® module....where to get the replacement?

Bose : Companion 3 series II – Multimedia speaker system

this is not working, bought 2years earlier, no more waranty left on this
when checked by service center guys they told that sound card is not working in Acoustimass® module and they couldn't procure the replacement for about 3 months now.

any place in delhi from which i can fix this?

or can somebody point good repair center for this in Delhi?
