Sound issue in Umax Tv 5821

I bought Umax 5821 external tv tuner card connected with reliance big tv STB, started scanning in channel 1 and getting video at 1, but sound is not clear(can't hear any voice or only raining sound comes from the speakers!!!). I have changed the audio setting won't make any effect.

My previous tv tuner, which was Supercomp works fine with all, i replace because of it's remote and switches got damaged, so the STB works fine.
 
I resolved it by adding another RCA switch.

Umax 5821 is not working with reliance big tv STB (with RF cable), only work with RCA output but that was reserved for my DVD player :-( , connecting another RCA switch is the solution. :-(
