Sound Magic Service Center

Hi Folks,

I have a sound magic E30, almost 1.5 years old, the right earphone stopped working. Cables are not cut - lost the sheathing though. Does anyone know where I can find a service center for Sound Magic ? If not can someone guide me to a generic earphone service center ?
