you still didn't reply to the query of a customer ? Is this is your service ? when we call there are no technical person who have knowledge of the product... I will provide you my phone number call me when you get time.. sending copy to PM too also sending message to all the higher authority of your company.... Not At-all tolerable behaviors....

Hi Pristinenote, saw that your office is based in Navi Mumbai. I also stay in NM. Could come to your shop to pick up personally...could I save on shipping and stuff?
