Mediahome, I appreciate ur deals and have bought a few items from you and ur shipments were always good but it has been 5 months since I placed the order for pl 11 from your site, payment was made in ur account after 1 week but since this date it has not been shipped despite so many phone conversations, sms for address, confirmation but still its pending. I'm even gonna leave country in a few days time. 2 PM's in this regard have remained unanswered without any response and also since last few days ur phone is also switched off. This doesn't makes for a great customer service and this might be a small unintended lapse on u part but nevertheless a lapse for a big time period. I request you to kindly process my refund or ship out my pair asap so that I receive them before I leave. Hoping to receive my pair this time round. Thanks - Ashutosh
 
^ ashu there has to be a serious lapse because 5 months its not possible that your order is not shipped. it must be lost or something in transit. also i checked last 2 weeks pm but i cant trace yours either. if u PM me the details i will check and resend it to you.
 
Thanks for the reply. The PM was sent quite a few months ago n when that didn't work out I started calling you up. I hope u remember my phone calls n messages. Btw while it was ongoing I ordered ranto pad n few other items for my friend and they were delivered just fine. Also they reflect on ur website as shipped while the earphone status still shows payment awaited and I gave u complete details of the payment which u tallied and found it out to be made and assured me of shipping. I'm pm'ing u the details, please check and let me know.
 
Btw I know this is a freak lonesome incident and hence not withstanding by it, I'm placing orders for 2 more pairs of PL 30 :)
 
Could you please PM me as to how much a PL-11 with an E5 amp cost inclusive of shipping to Bangalore. Asking here coz your inbox is full :P
 
yup,actually,when i called prime and asked them ,why did they increase the price,they said that they were out of stock and that new stock is arriving with this new price.
 
yes prices have changed a little for dealers. though i have tried to maintain it for end users. this is because labor cost in china has increased and our prices have gone up. anyways till its possible prices will be maintained for all popular models
 
i have never bought anything online... i am looking for soundmagic pl11 earphones...what am i supposed to do regarding the online order and payment....
 
In bangalore Golcha purposely charges 50% more! its the only shop to have those earphones i believe...Plz reply to my msg which i sent you..Thanks :)
 
are we allowed to remove our frustration here......wat does is take for uu to reply to pm's the pl-11's r not working and i am in warranty.... how do i get a replacement ??

i have not got any RMA piece from you at my end. how do u expect me to RMA it. address is on the website just have it couriered there along the warranty card. dont need any accessorizes
 
and how wud i knw dat ...i pm'd for precisely dat but no replies ....ok will be doing dat now...
